Assessment and development centres
We have gained an excellent reputation for designing and facilitating assessment and development centres in both the private and public sector. The entire process is based on competence at work. After detailed consultation with you, we design assessment/development centres using exercises or tests which have high "face validity" with both the candidates and the assessors i.e. they are job related, challenging and most importantly discriminate between high and Sow performers.
