Keith Corbin

Keith Corbin, the Managing Consultant of Corbin Career Transition Associates is based in Warwickshire. Keith is also the author of “The Career Transition Pocketbook”. Keith has also developed a variety of career coaching resources which are available for download from this site. He has been employed as a freelance Career Coach, Management Trainer and Organisational Development Consultant for the last fourteen years. Prior to his current role, he held a variety of Human Resources roles with the Thomas Cook Group. His first career was in Marine Engineering in the Royal Navy.

He has gained over 30 years of Human Resource, Organisation Development consulting and career coaching skills and he has applied those skills in a variety of business sectors e.g. travel, food manufacturing, automotive, the NHS, financial services, retail fashion, electronics engineering, the civil service and local authorities. Keith has also worked as an Associate Consultant with a number of other OD consultancies mainly in London and the South East.

Although Keith has wide HR experience, most of his work has been focused on career coaching of individuals and small groups. His approach has resulted in highly effective interventions that are appropriate to the particular audience. He has the ability to draw out the full potential of those seeking his help.

Alli Hooton

Alli Hooton

Alli is based in Bristol and has 15 years experience of HR and general management. Alli is passionate about delivering tactical and strategic objectives for SME’s, public sector and large organisations, working frequently with business owners and senior managers to deliver a variety of projects. Following a dedicated role as Head of HR for a medium sized engineering consultancy, Alli has earned herself a solid reputation in the world of Consultancy.  Having built on a wealth of experience in the professional services arena she has expanding her portfolio of clients to include banking, e-commerce, public sector, engineering and retail.

Alli is a dedicated and experienced professional with high levels of commercial awareness and business acumen and has an ability to work intuitively with her clients, quickly understanding their needs. She possesses a firm understanding of people issues and their challenges and her key strengths include employee relations issues, performance management and recruitment and selection. She also has experience coaching HR professionals and HR teams to encourage high performance and has created and delivered a number of training sessions on this subject.

Jane Hirst

Jane Hirst is an associate of Corbin Career Transition Associates.  She has gained her passion for working with people over the last twenty five years and truly believes that a business achieves its potential through its people.  Having led Operational Areas as well as HR functions e.g. Learning and Development, Culture, Internal Communications, Jane has not only experienced what makes people tick, but has also enabled them to become more self aware fostering their own resourcefulness and resilience throughout the process.

Her success is attributable to her ability to develop cultures that achieve their strategy with the full engagement of their people.  Whilst having excellent man management skills and being able to effect change within the front line, she also has the gravitas to influence and manage change within senior management teams. 

Jane spent over 19 years working for Mortgage Express, part of the Bradford & Bingley Group. During the last three years she has worked internationally with companies in a variety of sectors including financial, construction, education, local authority and utilities.

Belinda is a qualified First Impressions Image Consultant who works with people to help them focus on their external packaging in order to build their confidence on the inside.

Whether we like it, or not, everyone will take away a first impression of you.  Belinda can help you to understand and interpret the messages you are sending about yourself.

She has helped hundreds of individuals review and re focus their image to manage and build their own personal brand at work.

After 15 years in the corporate world she decided to get off the merry go round and for the last 7 years has combined her HR, coaching and image expertise.

She holds the following qualifications:-
