  • Unrestricted access to your consultant by email and telephone in between face meetings to ensure the action plan stays on track.
  • Unlimited guidance on the seven step process including the production of CVs, cover letters, networking techniques and most importantly interview and salary negotiation techniques.
  • Open ended access to our website resources to allow the candidate to plan his/her ongoing career change process.
  • Guidance on how to select suitable head-hunters/recruitment agencies and connecting with the hidden job market.
  • Guidance on "Settling into your new job" and the development of a 30/60/90 day action plan.
  • Psychometric Profiling using reliable instruments such as the OPQ 32n, Competency Profiling using the Leadership Architect, SHL Motivation questionnaire. Guidance on how to approach verbal and numerical tests.
  • Advice on how to gain the best advantage from Assessment Centres
  • Presentation Techniques
  • A meeting with a Personal Style and Image Consultant.
  • Most meetings will be held at the Institute of Directors in London and other major cities, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Reading, Manchester etc
