Open ended access to our website resources to allow the candidate to plan his/her ongoing career change process.
Guidance on how to select suitable head-hunters/recruitment agencies and connecting with the hidden job market.
Guidance on "Settling into your new job" and the development of a 30/60/90 day action plan.
Psychometric Profiling using reliable instruments such as the OPQ 32n, Competency Profiling using the Leadership Architect, SHL Motivation questionnaire. Guidance on how to approach verbal and numerical tests.
Advice on how to gain the best advantage from Assessment Centres
Presentation Techniques
A meeting with a Personal Style and Image Consultant.
