who are we?
Corbin Associates are a small generalist HR consulting company formed in 1995 to
provide a broad range of Human Resource services e.g. competence framework development,
assessment and development centres, graduate recruitment programmes, management
training/development, outplacement projects and search and selection assignments to a wide
range of organisations nationally. Corbin Associates, a collaboration of skilled HR
professionals, are committed to offering expert and cost effective solutions. We
believe that, with our help, your long term success will be guaranteed.
Our Managing Consultant, Keith Corbin, has over 30 years of industrial, commercial and
management experience. He also has 20 years of HR, project management and
internal/external consulting experience.

Initially a
"listening and questioning session" free of charge. This meeting is for
both sides to get to know each other. It is in our best interest as well as yours to
start each project with an agreed and well defined project plan. |

This meeting also
provides you with the opportunity to meet the people who will be working with you.
You can decide to use us if the "chemistry" works for you i.e. in our experience
different consultants suit different organisations. |

We will work to your
timescales and provide you with a full proposal and costs for each project before we
start. |

You will have a
dedicated point of contact for the duration of the project. |
|
|
We often complete
projects in full partnership with our clients. We find by adopting this approach we
can effect a "skills transfer" thus equipping those with lesser experience in
your team, and ours, to gain the necessary knowledge to undertake similar projects in the
future. |

We commit up front to a
fee structure i.e. there will be no hidden administration costs. If we quote a
price, we abide by it; if we get it wrong, we pick up the extra cost. |

We always try to save
on your costs e.g. no extortionate car mileage expenses, taxis, hotels, train fares
etc. We are prepared to mirror your own travel and subsistence policies and use your
suppliers if we are permitted to do so. |
